Underpinning  Using pressure piers or Underpinning is a permanant solution for the stabilizization of your home or business. We attached a patented bracket to your foundation at a frequency determined by the engineer. Steel pipe is then driven through the bracket and into the ground until limestone is reached. The steel pipe is then filled with a grout mixture which solidifies. Your home is now effectively supported by rock and steel. A lifetime warranty is given with every installation of underpins.

Compaction and Chemical Grouting
Compaction Grouting is done by pumping cement like grout into the ground through steel casing under pressure to seal the limestone and compact soils. Chemical Grouting is used to solidify soil capacities and strengths. There are two different urethane resins that can be used. The first is a two-part resin that expands to compact the underlying soil. The second is a single component resin that permeates the soil, using a catalyst to strengthen the underlying soil. Smaller diameter injection pipes are used, which help make the completion time quicker.
